When People are watching.

Hello all, what I want to share with you today is categorized under Psychology of motivation. This is a very short post but it's straight to the point. Ever wondered why countries spend lots of money to sponsor people to go and cheer sports team within and outside the country? 

It's simply this, psychological research has proven that people perform better when they feel someone or people are watching. So the message today is; When you have that creative idea you are so crazy about, talk about it to someone or people you know that care. Believe me, your subconscious mind is more powerful than you know. It will only be a matter of time before the feeling that someone is watching propels you to greatness!
